The new US home of officebroker.com

Following three successful years in the US, four expansions and with yet more growth on the horizon, it was time for our US officebroker.com team to find a bigger office.

officebroker.com extended into the US back in 2006, and quickly established the US operation in Carrollton, near Dallas. Since then the US team have successfully helped thousands of businesses to find office space all across the US and around the world.

But, following a steady growth rate and with a surge in recruitment to cope with increasing demand, it soon became apparent that the team was outgrowing their office space.

Naturally, with a team of office experts on the case, it didn't take long to find a new HQ. The new base is five times bigger and much more suited to the growing workforce, with plenty of potential for future growth.

Thanks to a dedicated team that gave up their weekend to pack and unpack boxes, the move took place on Saturday, July 11th, and the office on Ford Road became officebroker.com's new US headquarters.

Andy Haywood, joint Managing Director of officebroker.com, attributes much of the company's future plans to the new offices:

"We extended officebroker.com into the US back in 2006, and we've already had four expansions since then. While our previous office was a good starting base, we finally outgrew the space and needed to find a bigger area for our growing number of staff. We're anticipating further growth over the coming years, so our new office will enable us to keep moving up and reach out to more businesses across the US."

Dallas is home to some of the world's largest corporate headquarters, so it provides an excellent location for the team to build on their current success.

In addition to the new premises, a new VOIP telecommunications system has also been installed. Designed to help staff deal with the increased levels of enquiries and assist with monitoring call statistics, the new system is set to help the team offer a more relevant and targeted approach for businesses seeking office space.

The officebroker.com team now has the opportunity to modernise and reformat their new office space.

"We've only been here a short while, but we've got great plans and we're looking forward to making it our own," says Andy Haywood. "It will help us to establish permanent roots here in Dallas, as we're certainly not planning on going anywhere."
