Glasgow office attracts new tenants

An office property in Glasgow, situated on the Clyde, has secured two new tenants and reached 50% occupancy, despite only being completed in February of this year.

A report by Scotland's Evening Times states that social media developer Caboodl and Safehinge – producers of a system to prevent children trapping their fingers in doors – have both recently taken up office space in the property.

Based in the new Digital Media Quarter, the offices rub shoulders with the likes of BBC Scotland, the Glasgow Science Centre, and Film City studios.
